Subsidized finance

We help companies in obtaining concessions useful for business development and investment support. We monitor the opportunities our clients might seize. We are at their side in the drafting of projects, in carrying out the bureaucratic formalities and in checking the documentation.

We support our customers for the definition of innovation projects compliant with the MISE Transition Plan 4.0. We provide technical-legal analysis services, including interconnection appraisals, which ensure the possibility of accessing the following tax credits:

• Tax credit for investments in capital goods (Annexes A and B, Law 232/2016)
• Tax credit for research and development, technological innovation, design and aesthetic ideation
• Training tax credit 4.0

We provide advice and prepare the documentation for access to the interest subsidy on the financing for the acquisition of an instrumental asset. The "Nuova Sabatini" facility was made available by the MISE (Ministry for Economic Development) with the aim of facilitating access to credit for businesses and increasing their competitiveness in the production system.

We compile the necessary documentation and manage relations with the “Agezia delle Entrate” (Revenue Agency) regarding the "Patent Box" option, which provides for an optional taxation regime for income deriving from the use of intangible assets, from software protected by copyright, from industrial patents, designs and models, as well as from processes, formulas and information relating to experiences acquired in the industrial, commercial or scientific fields that can be legally protected.

We help companies in obtaining the Rating of Legality, a certification issued by the Autorità Garante della Concorrenza (AGCM), so that our clients can favor of advantages, recognized by law, both in their relationships with Credit Institutions and with Public Administrations. In particular, the Legality Rating allows more opportunities to win tenders and public funding, easier access to credit and increased transparency and reputation of the enterprise in the market.

Who can request it?

Companies can apply for it, which must have the headquarters in Italy, have a turnover of more than 2mln euros and have been registered for at least 2 years with the Chamber of Commerce of the province where it is located.

Duration and Renewal

The Legality Rating has a duration of two years and you can apply for renewal from six months prior to its expiration.
